- Acknowledging your call and/or e-mail within 24 hours
- Keeping you up-to-date on all airline schedule changes
- Informing you of any changes in pricing, at the property, or any conditions that could affect your vacation
- Letting you know about things to see or do, and help you add in those extras for an experience you’ll always remember
- Informing our contact at your selected accommodations (if applicable) of your impending arrival.
A deposit of $150, which is applied towards your travel plans, will get you started. A deposit allows us to devote as much time as necessary to your customized vacation quote, sharing our insider knowledge of the islands, and asking our industry contacts to go the extra mile for you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Wholesalers have different policies regarding their cancellation waivers and what they cover,
- Regardless, should you have to cancel for any reason, you will be refunded all but the cost of the wholesaler’s cancellation waiver plus a service fee of 3% of the total trip value or,
- Any penalty imposed by the wholesaler, airline (s), or property (ies) plus a service fee of 3% of the total trip value.
